1. Introduction

1.1  Background of the study
The trainee  teacher of T.P.D. who is gong complete the task of T.P.D. training by preparing the case study of a student as a research action. The student who is physically, mentally or socially exceptional from average students. This study makes the trainee teacher more familiar to find out the real situation about success/failure in student life . This study will guide the trainee teacher to be familiar with students if he is gong to study in future.

1.2 Rational  of the study
According to the new introduced curriculum of curriculum development center has increased/ made many problems to the teachers to teach in the school. So, that different types of trainings have been conducted by the training center. Specially, to fulfill the requirements of the teacher, of T.P.D. training has been provided. This research action if also related with T.P.D., training, which will be beneficial to the teacher for further researches.

2.3 Objectives
The specific objectives of the study are as
·     To find out the profile and social personal characteristics of a student.
·     To find out the family history of a student.
·     To find out the academic status of a students.
·     To find out the activities of a student in school, house and with friends.
·     To find out the problems of a student.
·     To provide suggestions.

1.4 Limitation of the study
The study is conducted to only one student in Shree Mahalaxmi Higher Secondary School, Laxmi Bazzar, Gorkha, who studies in grade 9 . The study could not be included other students. Due to the lack of sufficient time detailed study was impossible. These are great limitation of the study.
 
 
2. METHODOLOGY


The study was conducted to Mr. Nabin Thapa Magar of grade-9 of Shree Mahalaxmi Higher Secondary School, Laxmi Bazzar, Gorkha. The study was conducted by discussion, direct observation, personal interview with his friends, teachers, co-relatives and record from the administration in order to find out the details of the student himself as well as guardian IQ sets were asked to the student in order to determine his talent. Direct observation of his behaviors in School time was conducted. The observed and recorded data were further analyzed.

Although Nabin's house is in Taklung-6, Gorkha, his mother, younger brother and he lives in Laxmi Bazzar as a rent. His father is in foreign country. He earns about Rs. 10000| per month. His parents are literate. His younger brother studies in grade-3

3.3 Past and present status of the child
The student had transferred from Shree Jal Devi Lower Secondary School, Taklung, Gorkha Class 3. Since class 3 he has been studying at the same school. During this time he is a talent student. He was a brilliant student at Jal Devi. He used to study hart at that time. Now he is a brillliant in Maha Laxmi. Table 1 and two shows the past and present academic record of his 7 class final exam and 8 class  1st term exam. He has gor 81.28% in class 7 . He has gor 83.57% at the first term of class 8. This academic perforance in regarded as good .

3.4 Factors affect the tallency of the child
Guidance: The parents guided the student regularly. Parents support to student each and every good activity. He has good environment to study at home.

Regularity:
The student regularly studies at home and never absent in school as far as possible. His regular present in school plays vital role to be success.
Genetic gain:  He captures any new things easily. He has a brilliant capacity as compared to other students.

3.5 Extra curricular activities of the child
Nabin always comes to school in school uniform. He is very good in every part. He always takes part in extra curricular activities. Such as quiz competition poem etc. He is humble sincere, dutiful and cheerful. He always pays attention to him. He always gets up at 5 o'clock in the morning and sleeps at 10pm at night.
Nabin always spends about four hours for study. He away attempts to achieve the goal. He is interested in study and literature. He does not like politics. In leisure time he reads poem, G.K. books and stories. He never criticizes to others.
3.6 Special aspect of the child
Nabin is as obedient student of class 8. He loves his friends every much. He respects his teachers and seniors. He does his duty in the right time. He always be able to go get good position. His favorite game is football. I think that he will be a good person in his future.

4 CONCLUSION AND SUGGETION OF THE STUDY

4.1Dicussion
The study was conducted to Mr. Nabin Thapa magar of grade 9 of Shree Mahalaxmi Higher Secondary School, Laxmi Bazzar, Gorkha, By direct observation, personal interview and recodes. He is a bonafide, honorable and a good students to school with school uniform and never absents at school as far as possible. His regularity in study plays vital role in success of the study. He takes part in extra activities like game and quiz contest.

4.2 Findings
This case study found that success of Mr Nabin Thapa Magar in his study was due to his regular study, good environment for study  in his house and parents' guidance. If other students follow the rule of Nabin, success in study will not far from their life.

4.3 Suggestions
According to the activities of the student, he is a good student of the school. If proper attention is given he will be great person of the nation in the future. I would like to suggest to Nabin, his teachers and parent as follows.

A. Suggestion for Nabin
1.                  To read so much
2.                   To avoid friend ship with bad friends
3.                  To practice so much at math and other subjects also
4.                  To take help with the teacher.
5.                   To involve much extra curricular activities.
6.                  To try of wake up early in the morning.
7.                  To involve much on discussion on the subject matter with friends as well as teachers.
B. Suggestions for teachers
1.                  To encourage him to learn much.
2.                  To involve him on group discussion.
3.                  To observe his behaviors.
4.                  To check his home work as well as class work.
5.                  To find out his problems and care it timely.
6.                  To inform his parents and guardians.
7.                  To encourage him to avoid his shyness and hesitation.

C. Suggestions for his parents.
1.                  To send to the school regularly.
2.                  To observe whether he does his homework or not.
3.                  To help him to avoid his laziness.
4.                  To meet his teachers weekly or monthly and ask them about his progress.
5.                  To create his good environment.
6.                  To manage the tuition according to his teacher's suggestions.

4.4 Educational Implications of the study.
The case study is a type of research which helps the teacher to find out the problems of students and solve these problems. This case study is constructed not only find out the problems of student but also provide suggestions.
