a) Introduction:

          This analysis has basically been designed for self study exercises to be carried as projects. The Government of Nepal has lunched different types of education programs for the last four decades in order to achieve quality education by promoting teachers' academic and professional qualification. This new modality of teacher training aims to provide one month. Teachers' Professional Development (TPD) training in accordance to the demands of the teachers. In this way, Teacher Professional Development (TPD) five days face to face Training has been lunched in training hub at Mahendra Research Centre,Gorkha. We performed this research in the respective school to identification of new problems in the subject and give solution to them.

b) Objective:
          The aims of Students' Result Analysis in the Lower Secondary level one to enable students.
v To make the students develop a positive attitude towards learning English and build up confidence in using English.
v To provide low students with the opportunities to practice and communicate in simple English.
v To identify the level of students and help the teaching learning activities.
v To identify the problems appeared in relation to applying the proposed activities of the learning activities.
v To identify of learner's average gain through mean deviation.

c) Rationale:
          The English language is international language. It is foreign language. So, it is difficult for all. All students are not able to get equal learning skills. Different aspects like poverty, health, family background, social and political issue effects the knowledge of the students. We find out these problems. How to progress and who are obtained low marks in subjects? Why? etc. I have encountered that problem by diagnostic and remedial teaching.

7. a) Finding:
          I have got a lot of variation obtained number of the students. There are 35 students participate in annual exam of class six. Above 60% students have got deviation number under the mean. Above 40% students have got deviation number above the mean. Most of the students are found weak in English subject of this class. A few students are satisfied in subjects shown by data.
   
b) Planning:
          Students Result Analysis is most important to know above knowledge status in particular subject of the students. I will apply varies methods to improve students' learning. I will submit additional classes who have obtained low number to give feedback immediately.
   
c) Implementation:
          It will be better to use of different varieties of teaching materials according to the particular topic. I will use '4P' (Teacher + Student Practice, Group Practice, Pair Practice, Individual Practice) in the class. I will provide sufficient time to find out major problems. I will describe the kind of task by using all skills, based on evaluation.

d) Evaluation:
          According to the data, the students don't progress in English subject. It is important to exam or test for fulfillment of the purposes. There are different types of tests and they have different purposes. We should apply it.

e) Conclusion:
About 60% students have obtained marks below from mean shown by data. There is low level of students. We should be follow variety of methods, techniques and to increase effective learning. We should be identified the problems and changing in teaching method accordingly and we get goal of the aims.
